These Terms govern your use of Auto Bux (the “Software”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to or using Auto Bux, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Software.
1. What Auto Bux is
Auto Bux is self-hosted software, licensed on a subscription basis, that lets you run an automated storefront in your own Discord server to sell your own Roblox group’s funds. You run and control your own instance, your own Roblox account, your own payment accounts, and your own Discord bot.
2. Your license
An active subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software while your subscription is active. One subscription may run an active storefront in one Discord server at a time. Your access ends when your subscription lapses.
3. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for how you use Auto Bux, including complying with all applicable laws and the terms of every third-party service you connect — Roblox, Discord, and your payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, OxaPay). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you sell, for delivering value to your buyers, and for any taxes you owe.
Roblox risk. Automating group payouts relies on your Roblox account credentials, which may violate Roblox’s Terms of Service and can result in action against your account, up to and including a ban. You accept this risk entirely. Auto Bux is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox or Discord.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Auto Bux to break the law, defraud buyers, launder money, or abuse the Software or its infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or illegal use.
5. Payments & subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed per the plan you choose. Access to the Software is tied to an active subscription. License keys are delivered digitally and, once redeemed, extend your access immediately. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. No warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that payouts will always succeed, or that your account or funds are safe from third-party action.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Bux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost funds, banned accounts, chargebacks, or downtime arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
