Refund Policy

Auto Bux is a digital product — license keys unlock access immediately once redeemed. Because of that, refunds aren’t automatic, but we’re reasonable people.

How refunds work

We handle refunds case-by-case. If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a key that wouldn’t redeem, or a genuine problem with the Software — message us in our Discord and we’ll sort it out.

What’s usually not refundable

• A subscription that has already been used or a key that’s already been redeemed and applied to your account.
• Losses from Roblox account action, since that risk is disclosed up front in our Terms.
• Change-of-mind after significant use of the Software.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a chargeback — it’s almost always faster. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of your access.
