This policy explains what Auto Bux collects and why. We keep it minimal on purpose.

What we collect

• Discord account: when you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID and email address.
• Subscription data: your plan, subscription status, and expiry date.
• License keys: keys issued to you and a record of when they were redeemed.
• Abuse-prevention logs: limited records of redemption attempts (Discord ID, IP, timestamp) to stop brute-force abuse.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, and OxaPay. We never see or store your card numbers or crypto wallet credentials — those go directly to the processor. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Where data lives

Account and subscription data is stored in Supabase. Transactional emails (like your license key) are sent via Resend. A single session cookie keeps you signed in; we don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

Only to run the service: verify your subscription, deliver license keys, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your data or share it beyond the processors listed above.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists and for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Your choices

Contact us to access or delete your data. Note that some records (e.g. payment confirmations) may be retained where required by law or by our payment providers.
